Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through store.insynapse.com ("InSynapse Store"), operated by InSynapse Technologies India Private Limited. We are committed to delivering your smart home devices safely and on time.

2.Service Areas

We currently ship to addresses across India. Delivery timelines and availability may vary by location:

  • Pune Metropolitan Area: Full service including professional installation
  • Major cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): Standard shipping available
  • Rest of India: Shipping available to most serviceable PIN codes

We do not currently ship internationally. If you are interested in international orders, please contact us to discuss options.

3.Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of order confirmation:

  • Pune Metropolitan Area: 1–3 business days
  • Major cities: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to product availability, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any significant delays to your order.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

4.Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value:

  • Free shipping: Available on orders above a threshold amount (displayed at checkout)
  • Standard shipping: A flat rate or weight-based charge applies for orders below the free shipping threshold
  • Express shipping: Available for select locations at an additional charge

Exact shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

5.Order Processing

Here's what happens after you place an order:

  1. Order confirmation: You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message confirming your order within minutes
  2. Processing: We prepare your order for shipment within 1–2 business days
  3. Dispatch notification: Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email and/or WhatsApp
  4. Delivery: The shipping carrier will deliver to your specified address

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

6.Order Tracking

7.Professional Installation (Pune)

For customers in the Pune metropolitan area, we offer professional smart home installation services:

  • Free consultation: We assess your home and recommend the right setup
  • Professional installation: Our team installs and configures your smart home devices
  • Testing and walkthrough: We test the setup and walk you through how everything works
  • Post-installation support: Ongoing guidance and troubleshooting

Installation is available for orders that include compatible smart home devices. Installation scheduling will be coordinated after your order is confirmed. Installation charges, if applicable, will be communicated upfront before scheduling.

8.Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery:

  • Delayed delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier
  • Damaged package: If the package appears damaged upon arrival, please note the damage with the delivery person and contact us within 48 hours with photographs
  • Incorrect address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Failed delivery attempts: If the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund.
