InSynapse/Nexus Connect/Advertising

Run your advertising where your customers already are.

Nexus Connect links the Google Ads and Meta ad accounts your business already runs to the inbox your team works in — so the people spending the money can see what it bought, and change it, in one place.

What your team can do

Your ad accounts, in the workspace you already use

Connect Google Ads and Meta, and the spend sits beside the conversations it started.

Connected ad accounts

Link the Google Ads and Meta accounts you already run. Nothing is migrated and nothing is rebuilt — Connect reads the accounts where they are.

Campaign controls

Pause or enable a campaign, and change a daily budget — each behind a preview-then-confirm step, so nothing moves on a mis-click.

Guardrails and an audit trail

A daily budget cannot more than double in one step — our limit, not Google's, and the platform refuses it outright. Every change also shows what it costs over a month, not just per day, and records the person who made it.

Policy and delivery state, on the row

Thirteen delivery states, read from Google and shown on the campaign itself. When an ad is disapproved, a campaign is capped by its budget or Google has too few searches to spend it, the row says so — not three screens away.

From the ad to the actual conversation

When someone taps a click-to-WhatsApp ad on Facebook or Instagram, the chat arrives carrying the ad id, the ad headline and Meta's click id. The conversations view then separates the chats and outcomes that came from advertising from the ones that came on their own.

Before the money moves

A budget change you confirm, not one you trip over.

Changing a daily budget runs a dry run first and shows you what would happen — the proposed figure, the change as a percentage, and what it costs over a month rather than only per day. Then it waits for a separate confirmation.

  • A dry run first, then a separate confirm — on every spend change
  • The monthly consequence, not just the daily number
  • More than a doubling in one step is refused — our limit, not Google's
  • Who changed it, and when, kept against the campaign
  • Only the people you allow can move spend at all

Who uses it

Businesses that advertise — and answer the customers it brings

The teams running these accounts are our customers. The advertising is theirs.

D2C & Retail

Run catalog campaigns on Google and Meta, and see which of them actually produced an order in the chat.

Professional Services

Spend against enquiries, with the consultation booked in the same conversation the ad started.

Clinics & Education

Local campaigns, appointment demand, and a read-only view for the people who should see cost but not change it.

Common questions

What the advertising features actually do

Which ad platforms can I connect?

Google Ads, and Meta for both Facebook and Instagram. You connect accounts your business already owns.

Do I have to move my advertising to InSynapse?

No. Nothing is migrated and nothing is rebuilt. Connect reads and controls the accounts where they already are, and you keep working in Google Ads or Meta whenever you prefer to.

Can I change campaigns from Connect, or only look at them?

You can pause and enable campaigns, change daily budgets, and set the EU political-advertising declaration — each behind a preview-then-confirm step. Building a new campaign still happens in Google Ads.

Who on my team can change spend?

Only the people you allow. Permissions are enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface, so someone with read-only access can see what advertising cost without being able to change it — and every change records who made it.

How it fits

Part of Nexus Connect, not a separate tool

Advertising sits inside the same workspace as the inbox, campaigns, contacts and orders — which is the point. The ad that started a conversation and the conversation it started are one record.
